Some Invaluable Pointers of +ve Living

* The MIND is unseen just as GOD and we know we have a MIND; the SPIRIT is unseen and we know we have it within us. The spirit of Enthusiasm, the spirit of Life working in harmony with the spirit of Brotherhood and Truth, will move the world as ONE PEACEFUL habitat for all.

* We are as Young as we think we are. We are as Strong as we think we are.We are as Useful as we think we are. We are as Young as our THOUGHTS.

Some extraordinary achievements by people above 70 years old are:-

1.Dr.Micheal DeBakey developed the 1st roller blood pump in 1932 at the age of 90. His invention is still being used for heart bypass surgery.
2. Socrates, the Greet philosophy learned to play musical instruments at 80.
3. Sir Isaac Newton was still active in his scientic studies at 85.
4. Marcus Porcius Cato, the Roman patriot, learned Greek at 80.
5. Nobel Prize Science Award winner 2009, Charles K. Kao (75years old) for invention
of fiber optic cables.
6. Sharing the award with Charles are Researchers at Bell Labs, Willard S. Boyle (85
years old) and
7. George E. Smith (79 years old), for inventing the semiconductor sensor known as a
charge-coupled device, or CCD. CCDs now fill digital cameras by the millions.

The subconscious minds of these achievers are just like ours, they never grow old. It is timeless, ageless and endless. Years alone are not responsible for bringing about degenerative disorders. It is not time itself, but the fear of time that has a harmful aging effect on our minds and bodies. Indeed, the neurotic fear of the effects of time may well be the cause of premature aging.

What's the mind-set of (A) and (B) below?

(A) - "No one wants or need me. And why should they? I'm of no use to anyone. We are born, we grow up.We get old and we die, and that's the end of the story."

(B) - "I'm 84 years of age. I operate every morning, visit patients in the afternoons, and I write for medical and other scientific journals in the evenings."

The surgeon knew of his capabilities and was ever ready to contribute positively to society. He believed in himself and he was as young as his thoughts.

* Fear is person's greatest enemy.

* Live in the joyous expectancy of the BEST with honesty, integrity, justice and invariably the BEST will come to you.

* Encounter FEAR with positive suggestions such as "I'm cool & calm to reap the rewards; I know my intuition is showing me the way through to my goal".

* FEARS are acquired so discard them and replace them with CONFIDENCE all the time. Give immediate attention & devotion to your desires of your heart. Conceptualise & visualise SUCCESS subconsciously daily.

Be sure that your mind never retires. Your mind must be like a parachute - it's of no use at all unless it opens up. Be open and receptive to new ideas. Fill your mind with thoughts of greatness, beauty, goodness and nobleness. Try to learn something new every moment of the day and you will find your mind will always be young.

Dare 2 Try without Fear Failing to Succeed

Asian parents have been protective of their kids which have done untold damages.

Kids were always told "Don't do this - Don't do that" - "You can't do it". Kids were scolded like "You are Useless" - "You are Stupid" Then our parents always told us to study hard to get good grades so that we would get good jobs with good salary. This would make the parents happy & proud of their children.

Parents do not encourage their kids to try anything new. Few parent encourage kids to explore and discover their talents for fear of the unknown. Their hidden talents remained regretfully dormant and therefore wasted.

Hopefully the Asian parents of the Internet age would bring about a new breed of kids who will Dare 2 Try without Fear of Failing in order to Succeed. This can only happen if the young adults are aware of the power of their subconscious mind.

There are 20 Ways to Get Mentally Tough to face the challenges of the day:-

Note: Universal Law of Attraction states that “we attract that which we focus on with the MOST intensity, and this attraction can create a +ve or –ve experience depending on its nature.

Do spend time by yourself everyday to reflect on the things that you were attracting or not attracting into your life of the day. Visualize the LIFE that you WANT to CREATE for YOURSELF intensively and it will MANIFEST ITSELF.

How many of us can be Mentally, Physically, Emotionally & Morally Strong? We should have some levels of achievement in all these attributes to live a fruitful life as a asset to the society.

*It is a fact that all of us came into this world by virtue of success right inside our mother's womb.
*We have come to this stage of life by virtue of our successes in overcoming all challenges and barriers right from infancy to adulthood.
*We will continue to overcome all difficulties and challenges by taking lessons, learning from failures, successes and trying out new ways to reach our Goals in living everday filled with Fun, Excitement, Joy and Happiness.

There is no reason to fear, to doubt or to be discouraged if the path is CLEAR. Fear under such situation is admitting defeat hands down. Why? Is it anxiety or worry that conquered the conscious mind?

Principle reasons for failure are 1. Lack of Confidence and 2. doing the same thing tirelessly expecting better results.

To overcome failure one have to 1. acknowledge the problem, 2. seek out solutions to the problem and 3. instill a deep conviction that it will be done. Never allow Doubts & Hesitations to set in. Do not say "I wish I could ...." or "I hope this works" Empower the subconscious mind to find the solution through relaxation, conviction and impregnate the subconscious mind with positive thoughts, habits and behaviours. Rejoice at every successful steps you take and you are on the success trail.

The following true stories of Success will encourage us to keep trying through failures after failures to achieve our goals.

1. Failure is the Pillar of Success

A small boy - the fifth amongst seven siblings of a poor father, was selling newspapers in a small village to earn his living. He was not exceptionally smart at school but was fascinated by religion and rockets. The first rocket he built crashed. A missile that he built crashed multiple times and he was made a butt of ridicule. He is the person to have scripted the Space Odyssey of India single-handedly

He is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

In 1962, four nervous young musicians played their first record audition for the executives of the Deccan recording Company. The executives were not impressed. While turning down this group of musicians, one executive said, "We don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out."

The group was called The Beatles.

2b. In 1954, Jimmy Denny, manager of the Grand Ole Opry, fired a singer after one performance. He told him, "You ain't going nowhere.... son. You ought to go back to driving' a truck."

He became.... Elvis Presley.

3a. Don't hope for Different results by using the same method

When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he tried over 2000 experiments before he got it to work. A young reporter asked him how it felt to fail so many times. He said, "I never failed once. I invented the light bulb. It just happened to be a 2000-step process."

3b. When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone in 1876, it did not ring off the hook with calls from potential backers. After making a demonstration call, President Rutherford Hayes said, "That's an amazing invention, but who would ever want to use one of them?"

3c. In the 1940s, another young inventor named Chester Carlson took his idea to 20 corporations, including some of the biggest in the country. They all turned him down. In 1947, after 7 long years of rejections, he finally got a tiny company in Rochester, NY, the Haloid Company, to purchase the rights to his invention -- an electrostatic paper copying process.

Haloid became Xerox Corporation.

4a. Determination, Patience & Persevere

A little girl - the 20th of 22 children, was born prematurely and her survival was doubtful. When she was 4 years old, she contracted double pneumonia and scarlet fever, which left her with a paralyzed left leg. At age 9, she removed the metal leg brace she had been dependent on and began to walk without it. By 13 she had developed a rhythmic walk, which doctors said was a miracle. That same year she decided to become a runner. She entered a race and came in last.. For the next few years every race she entered, she came in last. Everyone told her to quit, but she kept on running. One day she actually won a race, and then another. From then on she won every race she entered. Eventually this little girl went on to win three Olympic gold medals.

She was Wilma Rudolph,

5. Believe in Yourself

A schoolteacher scolded a boy for not paying attention to his mathematics and for not being able to solve simple problems. She told him that he would not become anybody in life.

The boy was Albert Einstein.
